Since 2017, we have participated in nearly every major turtle preservation event in North America

Since a child, I have always been interested in all things nature and made sure to spread my passion with anyone that would listen!

Born in northern New Jersey, I was surrounded by wildlife and was raised to appreciate the environment around me and the habitat we shared with so many iconic species. Thanks to the support of my family and constant pursuit of knowledge, I have been on a never-ending mission of wildlife conservation. I found my niche in turtles at age 13 after purchasing a slider from a novelty shop while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Since then, I have been keeping turtles and working in animal husbandry throughout my teenage years. Since graduation from Eckerd College in Florida with a degree in Environmental Studies (and minors in Biology and Computer Science), I plan to dedicate the rest of my life to the conservation of turtles and tortoises in anyway that I possibly can, including the creation of this organization.
